Stem cells or biomaterial structures. As you see them.
ENTRY LIMIT:
A maximum of two entries per person will be allowed. A separate signed entry form must accompany each entry.
DEADLINE FOR ENTRY:
The deadline for submitting 2025 Cells I See contest entries is Friday, September 5, 2025.
DIGITAL FILES ACCEPTED:
- File names must reference both artist and title of artwork.
- Files to be supplied as flattened TIFFs, PSD (Photoshop) or uncompressed JPG;
- High resolution required: suggested file size is between 5MB and 20MB;
- The image will be sized to fit within an 8″ x 10″ proportion;
- Must be uploaded via Google Drive or Dropbox (see instructions below).
HOW TO ENTER:
Your entries (maximum of 2 per person) must be sent via digital upload before the end of the business day on Friday, September 5, 2025. Each entry must be accompanied by a signed entry form to be accepted and included in the gallery and judging. For full contest rules, click here.
SUBMITTING YOUR ARTWORK:
Option 1:
Email your entry, along with this completed form, to rcadwalader@stemcellnetwork.ca. If your entry’s file size is larger than 20MB, please use option 2.
Option 2:
Send your file digitally using WeTransfer.com (no registration required)
- On WeTransfer.com, click on the plus sign (+) and add the files you want to send. (Here you can also select a folder to upload).
- In the “Email to” field, input: rcadwalader@stemcellnetwork.ca, and input your email address into the “Your email” field.
- In the “Title” field input “Cells I See competition entry.”
- In the “Message” field, input your full name.
- Click “Transfer.” You may be asked to input a verification code sent to your email address to finalize the transfer.
You may also use Google Drive or DropBox if preferred.
A confirmation email will be sent to the submitter within 48 hours of receipt of submission. If a confirmation email is NOT received, the submitter should contact Rebecca Cadwalader at rcadwalader@stemcellnetwork.ca to confirm receipt of their submission.
